Products F.A.Q.s (Frequently Asked Questions) "How To" Manuals & Tips Support Contact Y-Tex HOME		"How To" With HerdData™ Watch this section for helpful tips on using HerdData™.     Animal Lost A Tag If the animal loses a tag, do NOT change the Visual ID.  Enter the New tag number in the Notes section of the animal's record.  When you need to find that animal, do a Find -> Search All Fields and enter the NEW tag number.  This will flag the record with the old tag as Visual ID and the NEW tag in the Notes section.  Using this procedure will allow you to view all the procedures that were recorded for that animal before and after it lost its tag.
